Each and every student under the age of 40 needs to read
understand and sign BPA form 115: Student Tandem Declaration of Fitness: If you
are in any doubt please refer to your General Practitioner for advice and
counter signature: Forms are sent with your brochure and booking
form.
All jumping students over the age of 40 must have their
General Practitioner’s signature and approval to jump and GP stamp upon BPA form
115, without exception.
We reserve the right to refuse any person
training or indeed freefall should our instructors feel you are not suitable: We
will not stop your training or your jump without good consideration: The
decision to allow you to jump rests with adrenaline adventures staff and
management:
Height weight restrictions can be found by calling us when
booking Accelerated Freefall and static line courses.
For Tandem we do not accept anyone for training over 14.5
stone fully clothed (87) kilo. Remember you jump with yours clothes on. You will
need to declare your weight when you book prior to your date of descent. If on
the day of your skydive you weigh more that 14.5 stone (87Kilo’) you will
forfeit the cost of your skydive in its entirety. You are taking another
students place and we would therefore be losing a student slot and associated
sale. We will be charged by the aircraft operator for your slot in the aircraft
regardless of whether you fly or not. We also have staff wages to
consider.
Deposit payments are £100.00 for Tandem skydives. Your
deposit secures your place for Tandem Training. Balances are payable on the day.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. You may also pay in full prior
to the planned date of descent. Whilst every effort is made to get you jumped on
the day you have chosen there are weather conditions that are unsuitable for
jumping:
That said GROUND SCHOOL will take place regardless of weather
conditions if you are training for Accelerated freefall (AFF): or Static Line
Progression During the ground school faze we will not be jumping. (A minimum of
6 hours GMT)
Registration for all courses is 8.30am. Please refer to your
confirmation letter. Late arrival may result in the loss of your course fee if
your lectures have already started. Lectures are planned to commence at 9.15am
45.minutes after initial registration.
Course fees for Accelerated
Freefall are payable in advance for Ground School and Level 1 skydive. Please
see current price list. Course fees for AFF are non refundable and non
transferable.
Non arrival will result in the loss of your course fee
without exception.
Non arrival due to medical condition or accident preventing
you from jumping will require General Practitioner confirmation will result in
the postponement of your skydive. Deposits are held, balances are refundable:
Refunds are at the discretion of adrenaline adventures skydiving staff and
management.
48 hours notice by telephone confirming non arrival is
required: Failure to let our school know will result in the loss of your course
fee in its entirety. Telephone numbers are clearly printed on all our
literature. If we do not answer in person please leave a message and we will
call you back when we are free. Please state the time that you
call.
